Option 1 — delete from the app (instant)
- Open Sooq Live and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your sign-in is deleted immediately and a server job purges the rest of your data.
Option 2 — request by email
If you can no longer open the app, send an email from the email address of your account and we will delete the account within 7 days.
Email info@sooq-live.comAccounts created with Sign in with Apple or Google: write from the email you used with that provider (for Apple "Hide My Email", the relay address works).
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (Apple, Google, email/password or guest ID).
- Your profile (email, display name, photo), favourites, blocked sellers, alert preferences and push token.
- All cars you posted, including their photos.
- Your Instagram connection and its access token, if you connected one.
- Feedback messages you sent.
What is kept
- Reports you filed stay in our moderation records with your identity removed (anonymised).
